The moment Mozilla bundles an AI assistant with Firefox is the moment I'm done with the internet.

We don't need a new separate useless AI assistant in every single browser, please.

Same. I just saw that Opera is really pushing the built in ai stuff too now. Brave makes sense to me because it's already based around a crypto ponzi and packed to the gills with "web 3" bloat, they just jump on every techbro bandwagon that comes out but yeah if Firefox ever does something like this I give up

Opera was bought by a Chinese company a couple of years ago. So that tracks there too.

They're already doing that with MDN. Hopefully it doesn't happen to the browser.
