Neither do I. Not sure if usyk used that extra time because the ref gave it to him or if he really needed it.

I still think it's a grey area.

I just kept thinking of the fight between Kovalev and André Ward

Either way I was surprised how much I enjoyed the fight and thought Dubios made a really good account of himself.

That’s fair. I thought Ward was hitting Kovalev low so I guess I’m reasonably consistent.

I noticed in the Jared Anderson fight later that the referee was very clear about where the belt line was and what was legal or not - I know they do this in all fights, but this seemed particularly explicit - I want to watch the start of the Usyk fight again and see what the ref says.

Judging from the Anderson fight though Dubios' punch was on the belt line which would be illegal.
