Maybe it's a "but then they win" perspective. This guy seems to literally be trying to bully the OP into not posting this meme. The content itself may be inconsequential but maybe they're hung up on the principle.

I was thinking of he could share the name at least the internet could mass report that guy/comment. I believe mass reporting works better than just a few people.
