A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

My understanding:

you: the person I'm talking to
y'all: the group of folks I'm talking to
all y'all: y'all, plus anyone else that could possibly be addressed by me (everyone in voice range)

(Agreeing and using different words to say the what I think is the same thing)
