I used Twitter to contact Apple for tech support several times, and it was a good experience both times. This makes me sad, just because it feels like it’s Musk’s fault. I don’t blame Apple for separating from Twitter, but it feels like a good resource is gone.

The fact that we feel compelled to reach out to companies on Twitter and Facebook to get supporters honestly silly.

If they can't provide me support through their own website and chat and I have to go to a social media platform to shame them into helping me things have gone horribly, horribly wrong. That said, things have gone horribly, horribly wrong and them removing the option is not going to make it any better.

There is an option to use Messages for Apple support. I’ve found it to be quite helpful.
