I hope it will be better than the recent spinoff, dunno why but it wasn't as good as the first two seasons of the main series IMO

I still enjoyed it, but I think the same. In my opinion, this is hugely in part to the lack of the party dynamic, the interactions between our main squad. I'd also say the story was a little weaker, not much of note actually happens.

Despite a chuckle here and there, the humor is way below the main series. Normally if a show fails to captivate me until the third episode I tend to stop right there, but this being a konnosuba spinoff I watched up to episode 5... and won't watch the rest, it's just so bland and boring.

I think it slightly improved after the first 5 actually. The first 5 episodes were just her at school, and after she leaves she starts adventuring a bit. Granted I'm not sure I'd recommend watching it if you didn't like the first 5 episodes either way.

A lot of the humour of the main series is ultimately derived from the party dynamic in my opinion, so I absolutely see where you're coming from in that regard, and to some extent I'd agree with you. Later on there are some Axis Order related shenanigans, and a tighter focus on Yunyun's dynamic with Megumin, but it struggles to reach even the baseline of the main series' humour for me.

The quality of the original comes from the dynamic of the main cast. They're each awful people in their own distinct way, and they each basically incentivize each other to be even worse than if they were surrounded by purely normal or decent human beings. That's entertaining. It's basically the anime equivalent of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Imagine if you had a show that was just about Charlie or Mac when they were in high school? That might be kinda entertaining, but the premise artificially confines the character and what they can do.
