fediverse politics and function is...a headache. luckily since dcx set up this server and stand on its own and mostly unaffected by what happening outside...mostly.
Hahaha welcome to fediverse - this is a reboot of nov 2022 but more energetic. At least that discussion seems to be lightspeed ahead. Anyway, you're right - small, midsized instances are the way to go. More focused = less headache in at least trying to manage a community, among other things
