Probably not the best time for this topic as we're heading into cold weather, but...

do you drink cold brew? What teas do you use for cold brew? How long do you steep in the fridge? Do you start with room temp water or cold water?

Cold brew is fantastic for making cheap tea taste good. I use 5 bags of Lipton for half a gallon of RO room temp water and let it steep for at least an hour. For best results steep overnight.

The resultant tea will be flowery and light with no bitterness because the tannins don't come out in cold water.
