Probably not the best time for this topic as we're heading into cold weather, but...

do you drink cold brew? What teas do you use for cold brew? How long do you steep in the fridge? Do you start with room temp water or cold water?

Room temp water. I throw it in the fridge at night and it's ready by morning.

Anything would work really but I personally stay away from really light, soft, delicate teas for this.. I like using stronger mint blends, Chen Pi, some Taiwan oolongs, genmaicha, etc..
