That's a loaded question. Nobody saw anything sexual. Only the surveillance camera. And now the people who watched the footage.
Doesn't change how fucked up that was in the first place. There being no witnesses doesn't make it better
There were people sitting right next to her! And apparently she was singing and dancing along. So not like she was trying to keep it on the DL
