If I couldn't leave the house I'd play some violent video games.
When I can leave the house I'd go for a walk, fresh air and open skies tends to calm me down and put things in perspective.
GTA 5 in “director mode” with a bazooka and then going on a highway and exploding the cars really does it for me actually. I’m not a violent person, but it helps on bad days.
