It's for their own convenience so they don't have to pay their employees proper wage and their employees don't have to pay taxes on all their income. The customer is getting ripped off.
100% agreed. This just better ways for the business owner to tackle this issue, then trying to shame paying customers online.
That's $120 of revenue right there, would the owner be happier without that revenue?
