Another stress filled depressive day.

My body can feel the stress.

I hate what my life has become.

Going to make myself better by eating roast potatoes.

You’re so kind and wonderful. I hope you know that.

Just been going through so much emotional stress stuff today and I guess it hasn’t helped that people have been pointing out to me that I’ve lost a lot of weight even though I don’t feel like I have that I may have some form of depression and to get treated.

I put a post up with a photo of the bowl of potatoes slather in margarine and herbs over in the the other food forum but here it is.

You yourself are kinder and more wonderful! Truly!

I also have been complimented on weight loss, but same that it doesnt make me feel good. They dont know I lost weight due to poverty and depression - I think therapy would benefit us both, friend. It's just hard finding one that you feel comfortable with, and finding them means opening up to a bunch of strangers. But, we are very cool and strong, we can and will survive and thrive!

Your bowl of potatoes is akin to glimpsing true heaven; I want to marry it haha
