For the record though, according to Wikipedia, he won every game.
Don’t use image syntax
if the link destination is not actually a pure image file. Expecting an image but getting HTML, some clients show an empty box with the alt text:
Find the direct file URL if an embedded image is what you want (some sites, notably i.redd.it, block this, though), or use a simple hyperlink to the webpage if you just want to link that.
Edit: Thanks. Did your app automatically use image syntax because of the .JPG extension? Might be worth it to submit an issue to its dev.
Yes, Boost automatically added the exclamation mark, even though I specifically only used the link option, and I didn't notice it until I hit send.

It seems to have a problem with duplicate comments...
In normal view I see both of your comments as direct replies to mine. But coming from the notification and thus in single comment view, I see one of your comments about triple indented, while the other is displayed fine as a direct reply.
Here's a screenshot:
In Sync it looks ok both ways.
I saw your comment twice and replied to both. Now I see both my replies under a single comment but I still have two notifications in my inbow. (Eternity for Lemmy)
