Ang init. Naubos ko ang isang 4L Absolute Water na binili ko kaninang 8AM. Hanggang ngayon, di pa nagdeliver taga-suplay ng tubig sa condo.

Hindi rin yata okay na masyadong maraming water intake. Baka bumaba electrolytes mo.

I'm on cleansing, and recently made 1L of lemon water na nahihiyang humingi ng tubig next door. lol

Nagawa ko na ito dati, together with 16:8 eating window.
