Rule 2: Do not copy the entire article into your post. The key points in 1-2 paragraphs is allowed (even encouraged!), but large segments of articles posted in the body will result in the post being removed. If you have to stop and think "Is this fair use?", it probably isn't. Archive links, especially the ones created on link submission, are absolutely allowed but those that avoid paywalls are not.

Rule 3: Opinions articles, or Articles based on misinformation/propaganda may be removed. Sources that have a Low or Very Low factual reporting rating or MBFC Credibility Rating may be removed.

Rule 7: We didn't USED to need a rule about how many posts one could make in a day, then someone posted NINETEEN articles in a single day. Not comments, FULL ARTICLES. Every country can and will go to great lengths to stop people from trying to infringe on their sovereignty. Dirty tactics (convert killings are honestly not even close to the worst these guys do) are the name of the game.
I'd be very surprised if the us will just let some revolt in Alaska allow it to become an independent nation for example.

Because that's ALSO what Russia does (and China). And what most authoritarians do, too.
Unless I missed the part where the Canadian citizen India assassinated in Canada was somehow engaged in active violent resistance in India.
There's international agreements to deal with actual criminal activity, and if there was actual criminal activity that India could prove they should have come after the guy they diplomacy not extrajudicial, sovereignty violating murder.
There is no proof of Indian involvement in the murder of Nijjar.
He was accused of anti-national activity, terrorism for which he fled to Canada and applied for residency. It was rejected. He married a Canadian to get citizenship. Formal extradition requests for him were done many times.
He was not a Canadian citizen by birth but was a criminal on the run.
If India did murder him it was unfortunate because it was done in another nation, and it failed the fundamental reason for such act, i.e to reduce terrorism.
Khalistani are not considered terrorists by the west since their activities are concentrated in a non western nation.
No proof? The U.K. and the U.S. have the call/email records. Get your head out of the sand. Given how extremely embarassed India is and the childish meltdown they're having, they are probably hesitating to release them publicly to avoid more childish meltdowns. And while you talk about sovereignty, what about the sovereignty of Canada?
Have they shown the proof to a court or is it in the public records. Is there a court order. Trudeau is a politician, his allegations might just be a political act and nothing might come of it.
Till then it is mere unsupported allegations. I hope you believe in innocent until proven guilty. If not then Canada forfiets it's sovereignty when it supports and promotes terrorism in its supposed friendly nation. It is a terrorist state and according to the West's playbook deserves action.
What's the point of posting it publicly? Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. are doing India a big favour by only showing the evidence privately. They don't want another meltdown from India and they will probably just deny it again anyways. India needs to get it together and stop pushing their luck.
So we should believe in the words of a terrorist nation, a Nazi supporter, a white supremacist country which does genocide of native population and wages war on false premises.

US, UK merely agree that the allegations are serious none of them have publicly condemned India. None of them confirmed of having any proof of Indian involvement.
Innocent until proven guilty.

If you have any proof show it in the court ICJ or even Canadian court which is known to let go of terrorists and Nazis scot free.
Of course they are playing with words. They're playing it carefully when facing a master of funny business. And "shared intelligence" is inherently from a third party. What's said was said.
