How did you make the salmon patty?

Was the salmon overwhelmed by the pico and guacamole?

I’ve made them before using the food network recipe, but for this one I used the wild salmon burgers from Wegmans. Personally, I really like to stack flavors and I didn’t think anything really overpowered the salmon taste. It was messy as all hell though.

I just imagine a pork, chicken or turkey patty on this being really great.

100% agree on all of those. Adding bacon to the chicken patty version would probably blow your socks off.
