Didn't we just build this thing a little over a decade ago? How do we not have funds for maintenance?

The Hopple street viaduct is the part that crosses the train yard, not the bridge crossing 75. That bridge was replaced in the early 2010s.

Ahh that makes sense. Real oversight on my part. Guess I just don't think of the viaduct itself all that often.
