A poster asked in .ml, in asklemmy of all places, if people knew other groups in the world besides Alabama and Monterey in Mexico where people where famous for marrying their children. I suggested that gypsies are known for that. Got insulted by users and banned for two weeks. A quick search on Google (Academics) leads hundreds of studies corroborating that in fact they marry second and first cousins. Common sense says that a group that cares about the purity of the community eventually marries within the family. Seems that .ml come without a brain by default.
