MODERATORS

I, being someone who works with computers, have had some luck with most of my favorite subs being here already.

Despite that, some of my hobby ones still aren't here. NFL exists, but it's the same as nothing so far. Soccer I couldn't find at first, maybe today it already does? Also, no sign of fantasy football.

I also followed a bunch of History subs, but looks like most people in Lemmy only care about science and technology.

Tell us, what is missing for you?

I am still missing r/TrueFilm (in-depth discussions about film) and r/TheOverload (unconventional electronic music). Are there any communities about those subjects yet?

I miss r/TrueFilms too, that’s one of the subs I browsed the most

Would you have interest in moderating it if I were to create it on https://lemmy.film ?

I'm not sure I would be the best fit. I don't think I know as much about movies as the average r/TrueFilm user and I have no clue how moderation works.

At the same time it sounds fun and I would love to help get things started until someone more competent than I am comes
