My applications are progressing slow
Like glaciers taking a thousand years
To slide down into an ocean of fears

Heart sinking down down down
Mind thinking round round round
Blood rushing without a sound
Threads unravelled, coils unwound

Melancholic sheets between fields of pillows
Speckled with heavy sighs hanging like willows
Their leaves are tears feeding the streams
Of fears that this is all that it seems
