I understand what you are saying but the arguments used are rarely about the legality of it.
It's usually about pedojacketing and breaking up communities.
Some communities may find it distasteful and it's still not in their best interest to ban it. Just so as not to open themselves up to this type of shilling.

I don't think it's a concerted effort. For example 4Chan becoming increasingly unironically racist whilst the rest of the online communities attempted to monetize and bring in advertiser income wasn't a conspiracy against them.
If people get kicked out of somewhere, they get more concentrated wherever they aren't shunned.

I'm not talking about being racist though, I'm talking specifically about the loli question.
And if you'd been around 8chan in the beginning or even fse a couple of years ago, it was very common for d&c shills to make these exact types of arguments.
And that was not happening due to monetization.
It is still a pretty common gayop on 4chan to try to consensus crack using anime.
I don't think that the rulecuck in the pic is a paid/cointelpro shill, but I'm pretty sure he does hate anime and anime communities and is consciously trying to subvert it.

I was only around 4chan in the beginning, so I wouldn't know. I'm also new here so you could be right. There is a lot of brigading going on, from all sides, in many forms. Yes.
