How to back up phone without Google? (lemmy.world)

Currently Im using Google's and Xiaomi's services to back up phone. I want to use more private method: store backups on pc instead of cloud. I specifically want to save:

Contacts
SMS
Documents, Music, Gallery, Screenshots, Downloads file folders

Is there any private method?

You can easily export contacts as a file and import it in new device.

Files can be easily copied as well.

SMS can be backed up and restored by Super Backup app (or other similar apps). I haven't tried it though, and it might not do it perfectly.
