The explosion that killed and injured many civilians at al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza on October 17, 2023, resulted from an apparent rocket-propelled munition, such as those commonly used by Palestinian armed groups, that hit the hospital grounds, Human Rights Watch said today. While misfires are frequent, further investigation is needed to determine who launched the apparent rocket and whether the laws of war were violated.

War crimes War crimes include torture, mutilation, corporal punishment, hostage taking and acts of terrorism. This category also covers violations of human dignity such as rape and forced prostitution, looting and execution without trial.

Crimes against humanity

Crimes against humanity are acts committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, such as murder, deportation, torture and rape.

I'm not interested in your whataboutism. War crimes are war crimes whether it's oppressor or oppressee.

Sadly there aren't "good guys" and "bad guys" in real life. Just people and their actions, for which they must answer.

Being part of the oppressed group doesn't make Hamas free from criticism and judgement.

There are Palestinian groups working for peaceful solutions.

There's also a far right terror group that decided to carry out a random attack on Israeli civilians that was instated by the Israeli government and rules through fear.

One group isn't good just because another is bad. Figure it out
