I've been saying that shit from the beginning. Make reasonably priced EVs for the masses and they will sell. Also most of us can't afford $30-40k+ for a new car. I also have no use for a gigantic truck or SUV. Gimme small, easy to drive, less annoying tech, and inexpensive.

It’s not just a problem with EVs either. Gas powered cars keep getting larger and more expensive too. Ford has stopped selling sedans and compacts in North America altogether for example. VW got rid of the two door Golf and the Beetle. Fiat stopped selling the 500 in the US. You can’t buy a truck like the Chevy LUV anymore.

Oh, I completely agree. Our vehicle bloat is ridiculous.
