Tanong po sa mga devs, Doon sa contract nyo, pag project hire or contractual, common po ba yung clause na kapag hindi mo natapos yung contract or maaga ka aalis before the end of the contract, pinagbabayaran po ba kayo or pinapakuha kayo ng referral na papalit?

Alam ko normalized sa PH yung pagbayad pag di mo natapos yung contract kung may bond ka. Although, i only hear it from regular employee contracts, hindi sa mga project-based/contractuals. Pero yung papahanapin ka ng kapalit, first time kong narinig yan.

I'd definitely think twice about signing, IMO.
