I recommend password managers to people nearly every day, but it always "seems too complicated".

The alternative... trying to manage credentials some other way, even if I used the same password everywhere, seems way more complicated.

That's the same response I always get. But once I show them how much easier it is, it's so much easier. I can't believe there was a time I didn't use one.

People complain that it is too complicated to use a password manager until one of their accounts gets hacked and they have to reset their password on hundreds of different sites services from memory.

Let alone how annoying it is to remember which passwords you used on which services. I don't know why people think it's so hard to just press a button to fetch your password when you need it.
