It amalgomates a few things the conservatives hate, abortion, gay parents, transgender. The result is grotesque and funny. It's also funny to think that this is what conservatives think the left wants.

Maybe it's because I live in a progressive country i can find the comic amusing. We don't really get staunch conservatives around here and they are not really a threat.
