Go very early - as soon as they open. Slightly less bedlamic. If buying alcohol, note that the hours of sale are restricted on the weekends.
Oh crap really? What are the hours restricted to?
My Aldi opens at 9 on the dot. Alcohol sales don't start until 10 on weekdays and 10.30 on weekends. These hours are usually posted on the alcohol section, so check your Aldi's hours on your next visit.
Oh that's good to know, I often shop on a weekend early in the morning to beat the rush.
