Are these oyster mushrooms ? I found some of these growing in my backyard. (lemmings.world)

If they ARE edible, you're pretty lucky. Oysters are really tasty and go with a lot of different foods. They also dehydrate easily for storage. Hope you can find a positive ID for them.
