I doubt that this is real.
No way that a state issued "BUTT CUM" vanity license plate.
Great detective work.
It’s possible they told them they wanted it in reference to the community in Oregon, in the unincorporated province of Brothers. Just look up “Buttcum, Brothers Oregon.”
