Small Beef Farmers have an opportunity here to transition into Wagyu style luxurifucation of their products as Synthbeef becomes the affordability option and wins the "close enough" award on taste.

Turn a real steak dinner back into being that rich people shit people used to think of it as and hype the free range raising of all the beef cattle and voila! Industry saved, outside the factory farms anyways.
