Ergonomic, split and other weird keyboards

Rules

Keep it ergo

Posts must be of/about keyboards that have a clear delineation between the left and right halves of the keyboard, column stagger, or both. This includes one-handed (one half doesn't exist, what clearer delineation is that!?)

i.e. no regular non-split¹ row-stagger and no non-split¹ ortholinear²

¹ split meaning a separation of the halves, whether fixed in place or entirely separate, both are fine.
² ortholinear meaning keys layed out in a grid

Hey all, I type all day as many of us do and I've been finding some pain in my wrist and tingling in my fingers lately and want to know the best keyboard I can throw my favorite switches into and try to avoid/mitigate these symptoms. Hoping to keep it under $200 and I've never sodered before but willing to try it if the kits well laid out.

Glove 80.

If this is how you work you should extend your budget.

I had trouble justifying the cost of my Glove80 when my MS Natural broke, but I love it so far! It's literally the tool of my trade and I use it every day, so from that perspective the cost is well worth it.

Is it that much better than a tented Iris from Keebio, $400 and I can't even put in my preferred switch Boba U4Ts is pretty steep

I don't personally have it, but looking at the issue I think a concave well is the best ergonomics. It even has different heights for different fingers.
