And Babbit has been made into a right-wing martyr. Secret Service took their job seriously and fired once the house chamber itself was being actively breached. Capitol Police were in a shit position without backup, and the backlash against the whistleblowers who called out the delayed National Guard response was disgusting
You can tell the quality of a culture by their heroes.
They worship a lying, treasonous rapist as the highest moral value.
A crazed woman with a knife trying to break into our nation's capital is considered a true patriot.
This goes far beyond 'personal opinion', the right wing is a detriment to our Democracy and need to be treated as such.
