They're wearing them upside down? Maybe they were released too early

Many are double sided for safety

They're on the wrong feet so it's not that

Even with that; the labels are from before they started double siding them they never changed the molds (I was told by a nurse at my stay).

And I think they are labeled L and R, because I see an L on the right foot.

Some have the sizes denoted as letters on them. Mine had an S for Small. Others had Ms, Ls, and a few XLs.
