Citrus as a flavor is sour with a bittersweet finish. Ginger has spice notes and a post nasal what that blends well with the bittersweet of the citrus. The sweet orange and spiced ginger flavor hints at Christmas flavors. Overall it's a solid flavor combo that is most seen around winter holidays.
