Found the place, I had to do this:

1.) Reverse image search the thing to find a lot of bullshit with no sources

2.) I managed to find an image of that transformation mentioning the name

3.) Opened the street on google maps

4.) After a moment of wandering I managed to find the street

5.) After switching the years of photos it shows the transformation

Edit: I forgot to mention that I also tried searching up that "goundwork greater menchester" that's mentioned on the image
