Between this and the article about skipping breakfast to save money it's a pretty huge red flag that the capitalists are starting to try to soft pitch going hungry every day.

They’re advertising intermittent fasting.

An actual food consumption model with nutritional science behind it. You can even find a lot of articles here on the Grad on how to set up a plan.

That’s a heavy stretch to stay that they’re telling people to starve. They’re essentially just saying “stop snacking whenever you feel hungry; you’re all obese”.
