Honestly, it's not wrong to say that Russia considers most of the developed world unfriendly. Which is the actual text of this meme, however misinformed the tap water part might be.
Which implies that being "developed" (code for rich) makes you morally right. Which is not the case, as illustrated by the wonderful story of the Iraqi, afghan, Malian wars among other. Where are the sanction for those?
This is basically mocking the poors for the sake of jingoism.

"Developed" doesn't have to mean "morally right" for the statement "Russia considers most of the developed world unfriendly" to be true.

Very well said. I and many others have pointed out to both this person, and many others like them- the flaws in their argument. They just side-step it with more irrelevant rhetoric, and continue shitting all over the discussion.
At this point, I no longer believe that even they believe the nonsense. They’re clearly right-wing shills. It’s all there, the willful ignorance, the blatant disregard of factual evidence….
