Leclerc would never survive on the same team as Max.
Agreed. He may have the talent and speed but he lacks the ruthless "Don't give a fuck" attitude that Max has.
I could see him developing one, and both of them becoming more enemies than friends/rivals as they are now. I don't doubt that Charles has that kind of gritty attitude inside him.
... that Max has and that Red Bull loves.
They might be both talented drivers but at this stage of their careers Max is far ahead compared to Charles. Red Bull is very much Max's team right now. For Charles, it's career suicide to move to Red Bull now. That's not saying he might not get to Max's level. He would probably need the perfect time and place (& team) to get there, an option very few drivers get.
