No. Storming implies a very large number of people and a high level of risk for each individual. Nothing like that has ever happened in history without extensive organisation beforehand.

If you wanna revolution, you better build up a deep cadre of bureaucrats to manage it. So far, the would-be's can't keep a group together for a couple years without splintering. I recommend doing political activism the boring way instead.
