Firstname lastname was what federal agents used to use, the numbers youtube added numbers on the end after they redid their system. I think everyone has numbers regardless of what their username is and it might be possible but not easy to get rid of them.

I think the feds use the Firstnamelastname+Numbers thing because of google rolling out these kinds of usernames as the default. If it's the most common type of username it's the easiest to fit in.

Back a decade and a half ago, they probably would've used usernames like _Xx__Rand0m_Spork87_xX
