A bowl of somewhat lazy tomato based curry made with stew beef and served with jasmine rice, some toasted naan with garlic honey butter, and garnished with some cilantro :)

(Somewhat lazy because I cheated making the "sauce", using a jar of curry sauce in addition to the aromatics I fried up, supplemented with a bunch of additional spices)

That looks so tasty. Doesn't look like there's enough curry for the rice and naan though.

I agree, this is the very last of the curry I made, and I try to stretch it as far as possible ๐Ÿ˜…

Next time I think I wanna add more aromatics, another jar of sauce, and maybe cut the pieces of beef in half again- I feel like that'd stretch it further while still giving me a more enjoyable curry to rice ratio, there was a lot of meat relative to the sauce this time.
