What are your favourite weapon types to use? (self.bloodborne)

I personally have only played the game with dex or quality builds until now and have not tried pure bloodtinge or arcane at all. Dabbled a little with strength weapons but can't quite get used to the slower movesets, so I haven't finished that run yet. What are your experiences and preferences?

99 Arcane builds are where it's at. The fire whirligig saw is a beast against beasts. Blood gems were a pain to get, though.

So the pizza cutter mostly scales with arcane? Didn't even know.

Do you know the glyphs you used to get the gems?

It's a strength weapon, but any pure physical weapon will turn into a pure acrane/fire/bolt weapon with the right gems. Here are some pages I use to find good dungeons.
