It didn't materially change in a year, it's probably fine. Well, it would taste awful but it's probably doing well.
The salt in the 'dog might keep it semi edible, the bun might be a rock at this point...bit it is air tights so I could be wrong on the bun.

Idk, I feel like if there's one thing you need to consider chemical leeching for it's an epoxy hotdog
I think I would be willing to taste it.
My assumption is that if it's still good after years, there's probably no living bacteria in there, so would be safe to eat (relative to a regular hot dog).
