"Wir werden dafür sorgen, dass Bayern trotz Legalisierung nicht zu einer Kiffer-Hochburg wird", sagt Gesundheitsministerin Gerlach. Sie plant 20 neue Stellen für Kontrolleure. Was diese überwachen sollen - und wie viel die neue Einheit kostet.

Die Kosten für die Einrichtung der neuen Einheit schätzt die Ministerin auf etwa 4,7 Millionen Euro. Außerdem entstünden jährlich laufende Sachkosten von etwa 1,2 Millionen Euro, rechnet Gerlach vor. "Das zeigt, welchen personellen und finanziellen Aufwand der Bund mit seinem Cannabis-Irrsinn den Ländern beschert."

Ob das hier ein wichtiger Grund für das toben der CSU ist? So neben dem bedienen der Bedürfnisse von denjenigen, für die Verbote und Strafen Selbstzweck sind?

Canada-wide beer sales fell by 96 hectoliters per 100,000 population (p=0.011) immediately after non-medical cannabis legalization and by 4 hectoliters per 100,000 population (p>0.05) each month thereafter for an average monthly reduction of 136 hectoliters per 100,000 population (p<0.001) post-legalization. However, the legalization was associated with no change in spirits sales. Beer sales reduced in all provinces except the Atlantic provinces. By beer type, the legalization was associated with declines in sales of canned and kegged beer but there was no reduction in sales of bottled beer.
