Yes, definitely Paris. Never seen a more Eiffel Towery Eiffel Tower in my life!

Another hint are the people in typical French Haute Couture.

It's crazy to think that Japanese culture has become so globally popular even the French have acquiesced to it and made the Eiffel Tower the spitting image of the Tokyo Tower.
