Yum! Is that artichoke hearts? And did you make it yourself?

Yes and yes.

The dough is a family recipe I got the from the net.

The artichoke hearts are grilled and marinate in oil from a wog shop.

Of course.

I cater to vegetarians and vegans upon request.

And other preferences as well.... except the gluten free crowd. I'm sorry for their condition, but cannot abide.
