Bybit has been included in the list of questionable exchanges from the register of the Hong Kong regulator.

The local Securities and Exchange Commission has classified eleven of the exchange's products as problematic, each of which carries risks for users.

In case of problems, the Commission "will not hesitate to take enforcement action." In February, the BitForex exchange received a similar warning at the official level.
