Ladung auf dem Dach darf schon seitlich überstehen, nur muss sie gut erkennbar sein. Das ist bei flachen Platten und Stangen wie im Bild erkennbar, nicht der Fall. §22 (5) StVO

Und das Fahrzeug darf insgesamt nicht breiter als 2,55m werden.
